What i will learn?

Upon completing Chemistry Form One on Edukea, students are expected to achieve the following outcomes:

Requirements

To succeed in Chemistry Form One on Edukea, students are expected to meet the following requirements:

1. Basic Understanding of Primary Science

  • Prior knowledge of basic science concepts from primary school, such as matter and states of matter.

2. Curiosity and Interest in Chemistry

  • A genuine interest in learning about chemistry, including how substances interact and change.

3. Access to Learning Materials

  • Availability of textbooks or digital resources aligned with the NECTA curriculum, along with a notebook for taking notes and tracking experiments.

4. Laboratory Equipment Familiarity

  • Basic familiarity with laboratory equipment, such as test tubes, beakers, and burners, along with readiness to learn lab safety practices.

5. Observation and Analytical Skills

  • Ability to make careful observations and basic analysis, as well as openness to ask questions and think critically.

6. Access to Technology for Online Learning

  • A device with internet access (computer, smartphone, or tablet) to follow Edukea’s online materials and engage in supplementary exercises.

7. Commitment to Practice and Study

  • A willingness to complete assignments, participate in practical exercises, and review concepts regularly to reinforce understanding.
